Associate Attorney

Thys Human is an Associate Attorney at Moloto Weiss Attorneys. He has been with the firm since September 2023 and graduated from Rand Afrikaanse University with B. Proc and LLB degrees.

Admitted as an attorney in 1992, Thys’ experience as a magistrate significantly contributed to his extensive expertise in the legal field. He specialises in Civil Litigation and has handled high-profile cases for notable clients.

Thys approaches law with a pragmatic mindset, backed by a solid theoretical foundation and continuous hard work. He finds motivation in innovation, new perspectives, and creativity in pleadings - always striving for excellence.
