Precision, persistence and a ‘people-first’ mindset - these are the principles that define Safiyya Saidoo’s approach to law. As an Associate Attorney at Moloto Weiss Attorneys, she brings over a decade of legal experience, with a specialised focus on Conveyancing and Notarial Practice.

Safiyya earned her LLB from the University of South Africa and was admitted as an attorney in 2011. Her dedication to professional growth led to further qualifications: she became a Notary Public in 2013 and a Conveyancer in 2022. She also holds a Certificate of Legal Practice, with distinction, from UNISA’s College of Law - a reflection of her commitment to excellence from the outset.

Her interest in property law stems from its dynamic, problem-solving nature. Whether she’s navigating complex transactions or guiding clients through routine transfers, Safiyya thrives on finding solutions and keeping the process running smoothly. She explains: “Conveyancing is constantly evolving, and that’s what I enjoy most. It keeps you continuously expanding your knowledge and therefore up to date with the latest developments in the Conveyancing sector.

Safiyya’s approach is grounded in clarity, care and consistency. She prioritises open communication and personal attention, aiming to create a legal experience that is as seamless as it is supportive. For Safiyya, success is not just about outcomes - it’s about making clients feel heard, respected and reassured.

When not in the office, Safiyya enjoys a balance of creative and active pursuits, from sewing and hiking to travelling and playing padel. She also values family time and has previously offered pro bono support to community organisations - a quiet testament to her belief in contributing meaningfully, both professionally and personally.

With her technical expertise, steady determination, and client-focused philosophy, Safiyya plays an integral role in the Moloto Weiss team and continues to strengthen the firm’s Conveyancing division.
