Director

Johan Swanepoel, Director at Moloto Weiss Attorneys, exemplifies dedication and expertise, with over three decades of experience in the legal and law enforcement sectors. Johan’s journey began with the South African Police Service (SAPS), where he served from 1986 until July 2007. In August 2007, he transitioned to Moloto Weiss Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney, steadily advancing to Professional Assistant by 2010 and ultimately earning the title of Director and Partner in 2012.

Johan holds a National Diploma in Police Administration from Technicon SA and an LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA) - a solid academic foundation that underpins his legal practice. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in Family Law, Personal Injury Law, including Road Accident Fund (RAF) and Medical Negligence cases, as well as Family Law Mediation.

Recognised for his pragmatic and client-focused approach, Johan believes in providing compassionate, yet effective, legal counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. His guiding philosophy is rooted in integrity and perseverance, values that have shaped his career and his relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
