Ofentse Andrew Nong

Director

Ofentse Nong joined Moloto Weiss Attorneys in December 2015 and was appointed as a Director in 2022. Ofentse holds an LLB Degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria (UP). During his education, he achieved notable milestones, including winning the 2010 Moot Court Competition and serving as treasurer of the Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter.

As an attorney at the firm, Ofentse specialises in Deceased and Insolvency Estates. He combines a results-driven approach with a compassion and dedication to helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. He values honesty and reliability as guiding principles in his work.

To build and maintain client relationships, Ofentse emphasises the importance of constant feedback and communication. His future goals include becoming one of the company’s Conveyancers and Notary Public, taking on more responsibilities, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Ofentse’s journey has been marked by hard work and perseverance, having navigated the challenges of balancing work, fatherhood, and studies from a young age. His unique life experiences shaped his professional career, making him an attentive, dedicated and resilient member of Moloto Weiss Attorneys.

As a member of SARIPA (South Africa Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association) and Legal Practice Council (LPC), Ofentse is also involved in community service, particularly in deceased estate matters. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym, watching soccer, and spending quality time with his family.
