Personal Injury Claims

Moloto Weiss Attorneys assist clients with the instituting and administration of personal injury claims on behalf of clients where damages are recovered either from the Road Accident Fund or the state, in its capacity as the various M.E.C’s for health and/or a medical practitioner(s) and/or institution(s) as a result of negligence.

You will receive at least 75% of the capital amount awarded.

The matter will be finalized (at least on merits) within 30 months of date of decision to proceed;
