Neil Swanepoel is a dedicated Candidate Attorney at Moloto Weiss Attorneys. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has consistently demonstrated a focused and transparent approach to his legal practice.

Graduating from UNISA with an LLB degree, Neil obtained a notable GPA of 70%. Throughout his time at Moloto Weiss Attorneys, he has gained diverse experience in areas such as medical malpractice, commercial disputes, and civil litigation. He aims to specialise in Debt Collection, Correspondent work, and assisting in Civil Litigation trial proceedings once he is admitted.

Neil's philosophy in law is driven by honesty and sincerity, always upholding the rule of law. He is motivated by the opportunity to assist individuals and achieve tangible results. His inspiration is derived from Bill Bowerman's words: “The real purpose of running isn’t to win a race, it is to test the limits of the human heart.” This tenet guides Neil in reaching his goals and exploring new opportunities for growth and development, both professionally and personally.
