Onkgopotse Kwape is a Candidate Attorney at Moloto Weiss Attorneys, bringing enthusiasm, diligence and a commitment to excellence to her role. She joined the firm in January 2025, where she has been honing her skills and deepening her knowledge of the legal profession.

A graduate of North-West University, Onkgopotse holds an LLB degree. Her academic achievements include Golden Key recognition and serving as a Law of Persons tutor, reflecting her dedication to legal scholarship and her ability to mentor others.

Before joining Moloto Weiss Attorneys, Onkgopotse began her professional journey as an Aspiring Financial Advisor at Old Mutual, gaining valuable experience in client-focused roles. She then transitioned to legal practice, starting her articles in July 2024 before ceding them to Moloto Weiss Attorneys.

Onkgopotse’s approach to practising law is deeply rooted in her passion for uplifting her community. She is driven by a desire to bridge the gap in legal awareness, ensuring that individuals are informed about their rights and remedies. She views her role as both a protector and an supporter, dedicated to advancing her clients’ interests with the highest standard of professionalism.

Outside the office, Onkgopotse enjoys exploring new restaurants with family and friends, playing netball, and immersing herself in literature. These pursuits reflect her well-rounded personality and her belief in maintaining a balanced life.

Looking ahead, Onkgopotse aspires to be admitted as an attorney, qualify as a conveyancer, and specialise within the conveyancing department. She also envisions building expertise in personal injury and Road Accident Fund matters, ensuring she continues to grow as a versatile and impactful legal practitioner.
