Our Team

Onkgopotse Kwape is an Associate Attorney at Moloto Weiss Attorneys, where she forms part of the firm’s litigation team. Having joined the firm in January 2025, she successfully completed her articles of clerkship and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 19 June 2026. She approaches every matter with professionalism, diligence and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

A graduate of North-West University, Onkgopotse holds an LLB degree. During her studies, she earned Golden Key International Honour Society recognition for her academic excellence and served as a tutor in the Law of Persons, demonstrating both her strong legal aptitude and her passion for mentoring and developing others.

Onkgopotse’s primary area of practice is personal injury litigation, with a particular focus on Road Accident Fund claims. She also assists across the firm’s General Litigation Department and other practice areas, enabling her to develop broad legal experience while providing comprehensive support to clients and colleagues alike.

She is passionate about using the law as a tool to empower individuals and strengthen communities. Believing that access to justice begins with access to knowledge, she is committed to ensuring that clients understand their rights, their legal options and the processes affecting their matters. Outside of her legal practice, Onkgopotse enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, playing netball and reading. These interests reflect her energetic personality and her appreciation for maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.

Looking to the future, Onkgopotse is committed to furthering her legal education and expanding her professional qualifications. She intends pursuing admission as a Conveyancer and is exploring postgraduate studies towards a Master’s degree as part of her ongoing commitment to professional growth.
